REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AT HOTEL SUPERFALA
The owner of the hotel is SUPERFALA LLC, 98-200 Sieradz, Czartki 60, NIP: 827-23-12-781, REGON 366558968, KRS no. 0000663235.
This document regulates the rules for making reservations, canceling reservations, paying for reservations, validity of reservations and complaints regarding the provision of services electronically.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
- Reservations are made via the online reservation system at www.superfala.pl, which involves selecting the date of stay, completing the registration form, accepting the regulations, setting up an account and making the required payment. The act of making a reservation is equivalent to entering into a hotel agreement.
- Payments are made cashless. The reservation is considered confirmed after paying a deposit of 20% of the stay value. A reservation is considered unconfirmed if it is made through the automatic reservation system without paying a deposit for a given stay.
- Failure to pay the deposit is considered as the Service Recipient’s resignation from booking hotel services and results in the assumption that no contract for the provision of hotel services has been effectively concluded between the parties.
- A hotel guest may cancel their hotel stay after making a reservation and before the scheduled stay, with the understanding that the deposit paid constitutes a non-refundable amount.
- The hotel will issue advance payment invoice for the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the stay value. After the remaining amount for the hotel service has been paid, the hotel will issue a final invoice.
- After making the reservation, in the manner specified above, the Hotel will send a confirmation with the reservation number to the e-mail address provided by you.
- The remaining amount is settled on site after the Guest arrives at the Hotel. Payment for the stay can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by debiting funds from a credit card with the Guest’s consent.
- The prices given are gross prices. 8% VAT applies to accommodation services.
- The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address in the electronic reservation system.
WARNING
- If the Booker provides inconsistent data regarding the hotel Guest, in particular his/her personal data, telephone number or e-mail address, the Facility Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- and failure to provide the hotel service, without the possibility of refunding the incurred costs to the entity making the reservation or to the hotel guest himself.
- You must be of legal age to make a reservation at this property. The person making the reservation declares that he or she is over 18 years of age.
CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
Cancellation or reservation should be reported by phone at +48 43 65 21 820, in writing, or by e-mail to recepcja@superfala.pl.
In the event of resignation or cancellation of the booked stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit paid.
COMPLAINTS
We make every effort to ensure the full correct operation of the services provided to the extent resulting from current technical knowledge and we undertake to remove any irregularities reported by the Guest within a reasonable time. However, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the Hotel about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the website by e-mail at superfala@superfala.pl or by phone: +48 43 65 21 820.
In the complaint, the Guest should provide his name and surname, reservation number, type and date of occurrence of the irregularity related to the service received. We undertake to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Guest within this period when the complaint will be considered.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be processed in order to complete the reservation process, clarify the circumstances of any possible violation of the Regulations or applicable legal provisions, and consider possible complaints.
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:
- The administrator of personal data obtained in the booking process, within the meaning of applicable provisions of generally applicable law, is SUPERFALA LLC, based at 98-200 Sieradz, Czartki 60, NIP: 827-23-12-781, REGON 366558968.
- The entity processing personal data is the S4H HotelOnline Booking 2 reservation system, which belongs to S4H Sp. z o. o. based in Kołobrzeg, ul. Głogowa 10, 78-100 Kołobrzeg.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Administrator is entitled to introduce changes to the provisions of the Regulations at any time and depending on your own decision. In particular, it may change the provisions of these Regulations in the event of:
- The need to adapt the Regulations to mandatory provisions or to changes in legal provisions affecting the content of the Regulations.
- The need to adapt the Regulations to the recommendation, interpretation, judgment, resolution or decision of a public authority, or court decision affecting the content of the Regulations.
- Expanding or changing the functionality of the S4H HotelOnline Booking 2 booking engine.
