Rules and regulations

1. The Regulations apply to all persons staying at the SUPERFALA Hotel in Ostrów Warcki.
2. In order to ensure a peaceful and safe stay at our Hotel, please read and comply with the following regulations.
3. The hotel reception is your guardian, advisor and provider of all information related to your stay.
4. The basis for check-in is to present an ID card or passport and sign the registration card.
5. The hotel room is rented for 24 hours.
6. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day.
7. Breakfasts are served every day at 7:30 –10:30.
8. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
9. Hotel guests should submit requests to extend their stay by: 10:00 on the day on which the room rental expires. It will be fulfilled to the extent of the hotel’s existing capabilities.
10. A hotel guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the room rental period has not expired.
11. Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00.
12. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during his previous stay.
13. The hotel is obliged to provide:
    1. conditions for full and unrestricted rest for the Guest; security of stay, including: security of confidentiality of information about the Guest;
    2. professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Hotel;
    3. cleaning the room and making necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest’s absence, and in his presence only if he so wishes.
14. At the Guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
    1. providing information related to stay and travel;
    2. wake-up at the designated time;
    3. storing money and valuables during the Guest’s stay at the hotel;
    4. luggage storage;
15. The hotel may refuse to accept luggage on dates other than the dates of the guest’s stay and items that do not constitute personal luggage.
16. The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to valuables, money, securities, and items of scientific or artistic value is limited, unless these items have been deposited at the Reception.
17. The hotel is obliged to observe night silence from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day.
18. The behavior of guests and people using the hotel’s services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
19. The reception issues a key in the form of a card during check-in.
20. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. If this rule is violated, guests will be charged the cost of refreshing the room: PLN 500.
21. Pets are allowed in hotel rooms for an additional fee.
22. The hotel guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the Hotel’s equipment and technical devices resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
23. Due to fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment in hotel rooms.
24. Personal items left by the departing guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If such an instruction is not received, the Hotel will store these items for 1 month.

26. Renting a room is tantamount to accepting the above regulations.
